Chocolate mint is an herb from the mint family that carries a very subtle chocolate taste under the usual mint taste of the plant.
HOW DO YOU STORE IT?
The leaves can be used fresh and stored in an airtight container for about a week. The leaves can also be plucked from the stem and left out to dry. After a few days when the leaves are dry, they can be placed in an air tight container and stored for several weeks.
