During the winter months we supplement our boxes with organic produce from other family farms along the east coast. In addition, some small family farms use  hoop houses  or grow vegetables using hydroponics to extend the growing season.

Available now are  apples*, oranges*, grapefruit*  ,cabbage*,potatoes*, purple rain carrots*   turnips*,parsnips*,celeriac*,beets* * boston bibb letuce(hydroponic)  . Free range eggs are available as well.
